Shah has 18 years of experience in the valuation of properties for mortgage and corporate purposes. He graduated from Newcastle-upon Tyne Polytechnic with a degree in Bachelor in Estate Management. He joined KGV & Associates Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur in November 1988 as a Valuer and left to join Jones Lang Wootton in 1990 and was promoted to the post of Manager. He was later transferred to the Property Management Department in January 1998 before leaving in March 1999. He later joined Hartanah Consultants in April 1999 until April 2000 before joining Regroup Associates Sdn Bhd in May 2000.
